      Pros

      Are willing to work around your personal schedule. Don't sit and look over your shoulder for everything you are doing on day to day basis.

      Cons

      Horrible Pay. Currently in raise freeze. Keep buying up companies to expand but tend to forget about the employees they currently have. Slow process for moving up the ladder. Make poor decisions in who they appoint for Snr. Management. Every business unit does it differently, no one ever seems to be on the same page.

      Pros

      Great backbone corporation. Lot of opportunity for travel and easy to climb the ladder. Great people, great benefits, central locations.

      Cons

      Swift changes in focus among executives. Constantly acquiring smaller companies sometimes keeps a company behind, as well as puts job security in danger.

      Pros

      Excellent upward mobility if that is what you would like to do. Management has a clear head on their shoulders and there is opportunity for educational upgrades.

      Cons

      There is mostly a need to travel outside of Canada to develop your career. The management here seem to hunker down in there position and never leave.
