Don't expect to get a raise no matter how much responsibility take on

The pay is lower than the rest of the market, and there isn't any kind of training or leadership program. Any personal development must be done on your own, as the company assumes no responsibility in your training. During my departure the company was also going through a transition of ERP systems and consolidating facilities. A lot of the transitions are generalized to a company-wide system that does not work well for business segments that are more unique or specialized.
