Pros
Good work environment with fellow engineers. Global company. You get your regular standard benefits, Bonus also if you qualify.
Cons
You wont get paid what you are worth as an Engineer but you will get to work round the clock most times becoz some Sales guy promises the moon to the client by Sun-up and guess who gets to do the work while the sales guy is out golfing? Sales staff get priority over you the engineer. NOV pays and treats sales staff better than engineers whose analysis and input actually get the client to choose our product and actually get the job done.
