      Pros

      Large company with extensive variety of machines and equipment with ability to learn and work on many types of machines from many manufactures.

      Cons

      no recognition for exceptional performance, no room for advancement, no pay increases for years, incentive bonus discontinued without explantion, many people lost their jobs regardless of value to company and others are still there even with poor performance, because they are connected.

      Pros

      Good for you, if you are in Top circle, or a Next Gen, an Intern, or if you have a family member, or you know some of the big bosses. Some say, the medical benefits are great. I don't value it that much. A few get top quality training, travelling opportunities and exposure. Others are left at the mercy of their managers.

      Cons

      The system is flawed. It was masked by profitable market all these years. Now it is becoming obvious to many. Biased career advancement, benefits, perks to selected employees. They are not based on merit, qualification or experience, but purely by who hired them, who run the department and whom they know.
