      Pros

      Good pay for entry level engineers. Coworkers are very friendly and management is very accommodating. 40 hour work weeks with very minimal overtime. Very specific field of engineering that is very rewarding. National and international travel. Great work/life balance. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between fields of engineering, sales, management, & project management. Very little formal training to bring new hires up to speed and assume much of the knowledge of their product is widespread. Difficulty transitioning to new life cycle software. Expectations can be ambiguous. Very little extracurricular activities.

      Management is very uncaring about there employees. Low pay with 50 cent raises if your lucky to get that.

      Pros

      Good health benefits! Good experience that you can take to another to grow with. The vendors will come in sometimes to provide lunch for everyone.

      Cons

      Low pay with tons of pressure. Also they are not a company of there word. Not a good company if you plan a career in oil and gas.

      Sub-standard benefits - 401k isn't matched till after one year of service - top heavy management - only opportunity for advancement is if you in the right "click" and not what you know, or are capable of - limited opportunity for advancement
