3yThanks for the feedback. Hopefully the employee surveys you have received have been helpful in sharing your opinions and suggestions on how we can improve the employee experience. We are working hard to take action on those suggestions, and in 2022 alone, have given 2 pay increases, new PTO policy with additional time off coming soon (announced in Town Hall last month), nice polo shirts for the field, etc...
