Some pockets of good, but so toxic

Pros

Not much. Promised a lot, but didn't follow through.

Cons

Said a lot of perks in the interview, but found out it was not true. A lot of micromanaging and feeling like you were always under a microscope. Ran behind one day and was told I was consistently late. I was at work before my boss, but told Im the one late. They don't care about work life balance. Was told there is room for WFH at times due to life happens type of instances, but was made to feel like I was wrong to do so. Pressured to work over expected hours even when upper management would leave early. Employees are always taking bad about each other and can feel really overwhelming. Pay it not worth the work.

Pros

Free concert tickets, some times, otherwise nothing. There is no true pros of working here

Cons

The company allows bigotry and racism, management treats you like less than a human being if they don’t like you instead of trying to help you improve. The atmosphere is toxic in general and they make it known that you’re replaceable. They expect you to work 24/7 but aren’t willing to pay for your work.

Pros

This is a great, fun company to work for if your immediate boss is a decent person. It's based in entertainment and there are a lot of local people and famous people you can meet through a position in this company. Hours can be flexible if your boss is. A great place to get a start in radio

Cons

The top management can be very selfish. You will get a visit from the big boss who will tell you (and everyone else) "Thank you for everything that you do" when she has no idea what you do or who you are. People get replaced with the stroke of an axe. One day you're working for one person, the next, someone else. People who are doing well get fired and replaced with middle-management's friends.
