Pros

Truly a solid company to have as an employer. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting, including being shown appreciation often. I enjoy going to work! And, management understands that we are real people; that we do our best work when we are able to have a work/life balance.

Free concert tickets, some times, otherwise nothing. There is no true pros of working here

Cons

The company allows bigotry and racism, management treats you like less than a human being if they don’t like you instead of trying to help you improve. The atmosphere is toxic in general and they make it known that you’re replaceable. They expect you to work 24/7 but aren’t willing to pay for your work.
