Head down recruiting, no growth opportunities

Pros

Has good PTO and it rolls over. Not much more to say.

Cons

No support, no room to grow. Management only wants your head down and recruiting. You sit ALL day. They pay is LOW. The "bonus" structure is embarrassing.
