      I couldn't ask for a better company!

      Pros

      Great team environment. Everyone is always willing to help out if you have any questions or need assistance with something. I also feel really heard by upper management, and have never had to guess whether I was supported in my role or not. Always have a chance to receive additional opportunities to be seen in the company.

      Cons

      There was a lot of changes at the turn of the year with a new payroll, and ATS systems which caused some frustration. But now that things have smoothed out, everything is running much more fluid!
