      1. Terrible leadership 2. Disorganized 3. No mentorship or support 4. Not good pay - the commission promises they make do not match the reality 5. If leadership is having a bad day, you're having a bad day. 6. Not stable 7. "Boys club" feel 8. No real growth opportunities unless you're friends with specific people 9. No room to express individual thought or opinions 10. Terrible culture I told my friend not to take a job here because it was so bad & she really needed a job. It's that bad.

      Some days are good, some are very stressful.

      Management is all over the place. Constant changes in orders. Human Resources is awful.
