Pros
Very few, honestly. Location - I guess? But the office manager was threatening to change that too.
Cons
Completely mismanaged. I don't know how a self-described salesperson is allowed to run this place. She knows nothing about recruiting, having never actually done the job! Recruiting metrics were sales metrics, which of course we had no direct control over. This manager constantly badmouths her team (very loudly) to upper management over-the-phone. If you have any initiative or talent, prepare to be thrown under the bus. This supposed leader is a tyrant who ruins a very small office because she's insecure, and cannot sell new accounts.
