No room to express individual thought or opinions 10. Terrible culture I told my friend not to take a job here because it was so bad & she really needed a job. It's that bad.

Fired after one week I’ve been working at my last job for about a year now. I saw another job with 5 dollars more an hour. so I applied to it and got called back a hour later. They wanted me to drop everything and start the next week, and I agreed because 5 dollars more an hour. I told my job that I won’t be returning after that week, and started at this new place. Well today after working here for 7 days they laid me off. The project was really slow nothing to do, we’re spending the whole day waiting for the framers to do their stuff so we can do ours. I get a call telling me that I can finish my day but to not return after today. Luckily I’ve gone to multiple job interviews before I even started here. And I told the company I interviewed to give me a little bit of time to think about it. So I just called them back, and told them I’ll take the position and I start in two weeks. If I didn’t have this other option, I would’ve been completely screwed because a place hired me that didn’t even need me.
