      Pros

      There were some leaders who really were interested in doing the best for their teams.

      Cons

      There were a lot of issues in the corporate teams at NSC while I was there. There was a lot of turnover and the executive leadership did not care about the employees.

      The new ceo is masking changes System changes have started and making difference.

      Cons

      Communication is awful. Problems don't get solved it gets moved around. Hr is no help and does not follow through or up with you after you make a complaint.
