Big changes happening, and not necessarily good ones
Pros
Overall company culture was good when I started 3.5 years ago. Agree with company's mission statement and areas of work. I met a lot of very intelligent, passionate, hardworking people during my time at NSF. The people were what helped me to stay when things got rough.
Cons
The company has been undergoing significant changes over the last 14 months and strung employees along for that entire time, giving minimal information via updates. Communication regarding company-wide changes was NOT handled well. Additionally, the company fired or eliminated positions for a lot of really great, hardworking employees without considering offering them positions elsewhere in the company. Lack of updates caused distrust and resentment among many employees when I was employed there.
