      Pros

      Great Health Benefits - BEST Most get offices, pretty building Good place to learn new skills or disciplines Trusted by regulators and industry Young, diverse workforce. Promotes young people quickly if capable.

      Cons

      Management has no commitment to quality or customer service. Company service execution is poor. Computer systems are archaic and lead to extreme inefficiency and errors. Laboratory makes many errors. Auditors are incompetent and poorly trained. No standardization or quality control. Supposed to be 3rd party, but routinely provides favortism to industry. Cheap. Company pinches pennies very tight. Good luck getting a free lunch.

      Pros

      Free fountain soda. Ample parking.

      Cons

      No training. Incompetent management. Pass-the-buck, blame everyone else for the mistakes we make mentality. Upper management gives themselves huge annual bonuses while only the highest-rated (read: brown nosing) employees get maximum 3% annual raise (but that's normal in the U.S.). Endless meaningless paperwork. Nothing more than a temp. job for recent graduates before they jump to something worthwhile.
