Nice coworkers, on site cafeteria

Cons

Extreme inequality. People who have worked many years longer are making less money than brand new employees. People need to talk about their salaries with coworkers so this becomes known. HR is completely useless in dealing with ANY issue including pay discrepancies.

My colleagues were very nice to work with, the resources the company has available to them are superb. The Halloween and Christmas party are also nice touches to appreciate employees.

Cons

Not as much freedom for remote work as I had hoped. Many of the people I worked with on a daily basis within my business unit were not onsite, so work from home options would have been ideal.
