Company parties. Free soda. Cafeteria.

Cons

Data falsification. Terrible management. No training structure for when you are hired. No consistency for processes when you finally do get trained. Hostile work environment.

Decent food at good prices. Some amazing employees.

Cons

If you work in any of the lower echelon labs, you are disposable. Your health, including mental, is of no importance. Management will gladly show that by having group leads verbally assault you in front of coworkers during meetings, then refuse to do anything about it. Some of the new group leads have brought some hope back to the company.
