Pros

Free pop, gym access, unlimited pens, markers and sticky notes. Absolutely nothing whatsoever at all ever for infinity and beyond and back again.

Cons

Management and work environment resembles a Chuck-E-Cheese. The pay. Opportunity for advancement. Getting screwed over. Management picking favorites. Major safely concerns happening daily but management is too busy worrying about the placement of a drink cart. Anyways, it doesn’t matter the micro lab will be shut down sooner than later.

lack of leadership, opinions and ideas are not valued, information kept close to the vest, old school mentality, not current with cultural trends in the workplace, pay far below industry average, great if you want to time travel to 1999.

Healthcare scheme I guess is fine

I'm really shocked to see the positive reviews here seeing as it is such a toxic place which sheds employees at a drastic rate. Middle management are utterly clueless and a lot of higher earning staff are demonstrably bad at their jobs and spend their time passing on as much of their workload as possible to junior staff. When I worked there it was not unusual for employees to leave the office to cry from stress, and they have real problems attracting better staff because they won't pay more than the worst person is worth.
