Great people .. always willing to listen and make changes if they are right for the business. Rob Chester is a really good MD who will give you time. Still has a family feel even though it is more corporate these days.

Cons

Silos need breaking down which is tricky but there is a willingness for this

Management is woefully incompetent (think of a bunch of science PhD’s trying to run a non-profit company for profit) Toxic Culture High turnover Worst IT/system structure and development I have ever seen for a company this size (no. My employment was not in IT)
