      Pros

      The company has great benefits if you don't mind A PPO. But the cost went up a lot this year. They have a great mission and help a lot of people around the world.

      Cons

      There are many layers of managers and areas to get through so things can be slow. They are not a very progressive culture. They are very top down. There are not a lot of room for succession planning. Raises are only up to about 3% which I guess is normal.

      Free drinks in the cafeteria and an on-site mini gym

      Cons

      Worked overtime and throughout almost every weekend without being compensated. High school clique mentality among managers. Was told I would only make it far in the company if people liked me. So disappointed in the overall unprofessionalism.

      Pros

      Mission to improve public health and safety, benefit package, supportive colleagues, fair compensation, NSF kitchen, nicely maintained facility and garden.

      Cons

      Senior management and CEO are not trustworthy, make decision without fully understanding the consequences to their decisions, and habit of laying off people with experience and seniority. No work life balance - expected to work overtime and disrespectful of approved time-off.
