Had an organizational change that was very top-down. They laid off a ton of people that they later tried to hire back once they realized they actually needed them to do the work :D

Senior leadership loves to talk about how transparent they are, but they will not directly answer your specific questions. They love to beat around the bush. The yearly raises and bonuses are laughable when compared to the yearly salaries of the executives (public information on Propublica) New hires do not get bonuses anymore unless hired in at a certain level Very clear/obvious that some managers have favorites Some managers are very immature There are a lot of cliques, some people won't even acknowledge your hello or smile Some positions aren't posted - they are just given to someone directly selected by a manager, without opportunity for others who may have been interested The C-suite employees love to *act* like they care about individuals, but it feels like how politicians try to earn votes
