      Clean facility, Great Location, Great Laboratory Facilities and Staff.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work if you are a woman or a person of color. If you decide to work for this company be sure to stay in the laboratory departments where a long term career is possible. Steer clear of all project management positions as they are not conducive to someone that has a family or a home life. Project managers are expected to be on call 24/7 without the matching pay or recognition.

      Strong management support for new ideas. Supportive work environment. Enthusiastic team spirit. Very healthy work environment. Dedication to stated mission. The on boarding process was well thought out and comprehensive. It demonstrates a long term commitment to the employees and their relationship to the company.

      Cons

      There are many people who have been in the company for a long time and are not comfortable with a philosophy of change. The organization overall is very conservative, which can hinder evolution.
