Pros

During training you meet lots of new people.

Cons

*****If you're thinking about working here, DON'T!!***** you can probably do much better than grunt work for pennies a day***** A major insult on your intelligence!! Unrealistic expectations for entry level position. Very low salary for the kind of filth you're in day after day. If a client does not like you, it is highly likely that you'll get fired because of it. You'll get fired anyway during training if you don't learn everything about the job within a month of hiring, they'll make up some bullcrap story about how you're not the right employee for the job because you didn't learn EVERYTHING, including the little nuisances there is to learn about the job in a matter of weeks! There is absolutely no communication between you and your direct supervisor whatsoever, until you're being fired! Obviously they are not able to keep positions filled due to a very high attrition rate in this particular position. Time spent driving to these trash dumps that happen to serve greasy hamburgers is NOT factored into your day at all! DO NOT ACCEPT the job offer if you have a life and want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and wish to have a realistic work life balance. If you have a family do not accept this job offer, you'll hardly get to see them if you work here.

Pros

Well maintained building and laboratories Room to move around in the company if your boss lets you (which he/she can block if they want)

Cons

Company tends to stray too far from core business into unknown and unproven business ventures An above average amount of people get fired due to "under performance", to which employees are given no notice or remediation opportunity CEO (and VP's) makes an obscene about of money ($1.2M) for a "non profit" organization Some employees are under worked (7 hour days) and some over worked (overtime with no pay) Many managers have a profit first, employees second attitude Employees are pushed to meet revenue goals, with little regard to project feasibility and preparation Goals and due dates are set to unattainable and unsustainable levels Employee family members and friends get preferential hiring treatment and are placed above more qualified external candidates Many people are fired for not meeting goals or just because their managers do not like them

Pros

Opportunities to learn and grow your skills and scope of responsibility. Innovative culture driven to achieve results and increase efficiencies. Open lines of communication at all levels of the organization.

Cons

At times it is difficult to ensure communication is extended out to all employees. Global integration is slow, but getting better.
