Pros

It was easy enough work and a decent enough paycheck. You could coast by doing the minimum and grind through a career.

Cons

For a not-for-profit company they sure care about money a lot. Senior management would get crazy ideas, work on them for about 2 years then leave with a severance package.

Below-average salaries, job function overload, and forced return to the office policy for positions that do not require being in an office. My manager used to text me about work-related stuff while I was vacation.

Auditors and account managers are very professional people who care about the clients

Cons

Far too many to mention Top management are hopeless and treat the team as if they are something nasty on the sole of their shoe. The management have no integrity and will happily shift the blame to save their own skin There is also a bully culture aided by management Oh and did I mention the micromanagement….they don’t trust their team to get on and do the job. Real pity as the culture has cost them some great people
