      The job itself is fun

      Cons

      The management are rude and they discriminate. They allow bullying. You do the job of 6 people and they expect you to do more. If you get a different position they refuse to let you move to that position for months. There is so much drama it should be on TV. They are not for profit yet they only care about the numbers.
