Cons

Complete lack of stability at all levels of the organization. Constant turn over of leadership leads to constant changes in structure and ways of operating that do not add value because they are temporary.

Cons

Bonus program and opportunity for growth is practically inexistent Lower level management communication is horrible and employees are left to make business decisions on their own Since reorganization of company, the structure, support and communication is lacking creating a micromanagement KPI driven culture

Peers are wonderful, lots of learning opportunities, great place to get experience

Cons

management, especially upper management, is horrible. VERY little room for advancement. People "leaders" do not have leadership skills, just a lot of experience with the company. Pay is way under scale, especially for long-time employees. New hires were often hired at rates that experienced employees made currently.
