      FTO, good middle management, good community, good health care matching even though I’d prefer to not use BCBS for ethical reasons, and opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Could be paid more, we raised prices by 25% since 2021 and have record margins but our annual increase was only 4% last year although they did improve the bonus structure for performing teams. Con is also coming back to work 3 days a week, 2 was perfect. Could be worse, but we lost a lot of talent due to the policy change.
