the people, the biodegradable plasticware (corn...), the view from the NSF HQ

leadership, treating their employees as a bottomline to cut to gain profit, a mission statement that doesn't align with the actual internals of the company

Large amount of turnover in the last few years. Completely revenue focused. Gaslighting by senior management.
