Nice people, clean, always more work to be done if you are proactive

Cons

They basically refused to even consider me for the full-time gig they had open, despite my performance as an intern and my educational background. Management can also be improved dramatically.

Salary is competitive and benefits are good.

Cons

It's like being in high school and always trying to be in the popular crowd. If you get on the wrong side by voicing your concerns or input you are viewed as negative and not a "team player" and then either get ignored or fired. Lots of unjustified firings.
