Flexible hours, I like my group. They used to prioritize current employees for roles and promotions, but that is shifting. Moving up is difficult now.

Cons

Upper management sees employees as disposable and ignores all employee feedback. They'll use business lingo to make it seem like they care, but don't expect any improvements from them

Cons

The mission that it's all about people is merely on paper, I should have had a clue as even HR hinted when I said during the interview process that I like the mission that it's far more than the mission.
