Pros

Nice building and free pop.

Cons

To say the management is abusive would be a disservice to abusive managers. This place is beyond dysfunctional. The worst employees are promoted, while the best employees are given the most degrading tasks and left to toil in dead end positions. Employees are punished for approaching HR about unfair treatment. You are unable to create a career path and develop yourself if you are not one of the favored employees. If you have a family and care about them this is not the place for you. I witnessed one employee be punished and degraded for asking for 3 additional days of vacation to spend with his newborn because she had to have several emergency surgeries. The employee was told he did not care enough about NSF and that he did not have a plan for someone to do his work in his absence.

Pros

Nice building, cafeteria, free coffee, soda, tea. Decent benefits package for singles... Not for couples or families.

Cons

Management is so disconnected from the employees they don't know how to do the processes anymore. Most mangers do not have any management skills and are not accountable for anything. Many push all responsibilities on to staff and take credit for everything.

Pros

Flexible hours, great PTO time off, great coworkers. Nice building and cafeteria.

Cons

Work load, 50 to 60 plus hour work weeks with no compensation, management is a joke, HR is not there for employees and issues that are brought up usually result in reprimand to the employee. Upper Management work from home on full time basis and are usually impossible to reach. Training is a joke and non existent, management likes to use scare tactics.
