You will learn more here in 3 years about test, standard certification than you would at a college/university program. Additionally you will learn through first hand experience on how NOT to lead a team, as well as obtain gainful experience in how to manage workload in a bullying-toxic workplace. Run-don’t walk away from this organization.

Cons

Horrible management and leadership. They went from bad to worst in early 2022. No compassion or empathy within the organization, zero home-work life balance and deadlines that are impossible to meet - not just internally, but externally as well.

Pros

75 year company (not going anywhere). High brand awareness due to their product certification programs. Global

Cons

No growth opportunities, they rather take someone from outside the organization. Bad wages outside the US. Fake "NGO" image. They are nothing like a non for profit. They change the internal "rules", roles responsabilities and titles every year. No HR process are properly follow when a complaint involved higher management.
