Co-workers are some of the best, and don’t deserve the situational stress from the bumbling leadership hierarchy.

Cons

Out of touch Senior leadership, and an HR group that obviously holds the interests of the aforementioned senior leadership members over its incredibly exploited labor force.

Company is finishing a multi-year transformation to modernize and eliminate siloed business operations.

Cons

The transformation has provided the tools necessary to modernize the company; However, more needs to be done to examine the systems in place and a top heavy bureaucracy that prevents the company from competing in the TIC sector.
