average to above average pay for the position in most cases.

Cons

they are scared of their own shadow, legally speaking. many potential large projects have been shut down due to "potential risk and liability" when there was much less in reality than they feel. Lots of red tape.

All the employees are in the same boat.

Cons

Systematic failure of the leadership team only to be aggravated by the recent transformation. There is serious disconnect between the leadership team and the employee on the ground. Lack of communcation is very apparent at every stage in the company.
