Prior to restructuring, this was one of the best places I have ever worked. The "transformation" resulted in a huge exodus of talented people - some voluntary, some not. This was a top-down process with job descriptions written in squares on an org chart. Instead of recognizing talent and finding a way to make those people successful in a new system - management shoehorned people into the tightly defined job descriptions. If someone did not fit - they were out.
We are now 18 months into this transition. None of my colleagues remain. Most of the remaining pre-transition staff are burned out and frustrated.
