      Pros

      WFH, immediate core people easy to get along with, work scope of efforts not too elaborate nor over promised. Clients can be tricky of course.

      Cons

      Infrastructure support is the poorest ever experienced. Took 4 months to resolve a simple payroll issue as the staff in India kept pushing it to one office and then another; got someone in US finally to correct the issue. All decisions are based on $$$$; you can be stellar and hit all your marks but if some portion of the company which you don't even have a tangential attachment too does poorly, it impacts your pay and bonus - so much for performance appraisals. In fact due to $$$$ is why I was let go; not because I did not perform ( I wasn't a revenue generator).

      Gain experience then leave

      Pros

      If you are looking for an entry level help desk job then this is a good start. After gaining experience then you should leave. Great co- worker that would help you more than manager.

      Cons

      Zero raises. The accounts you are helping on is overwhelming difficulty. It’s been 2 years and I never got a yearly review. The only time they talk to you is when you mess up on something. Gain experience and look for a better job. I am currently looking

      Incompetent Operations

      Pros

      New unlimited PTO policy is nice.

      Cons

      This place is a mess - incompetence in IT, HR, operations, procurement, and senior leadership. Every internal tool and process is broken. And instead of fixing the problem they decide to postpone raises.
