Extremely disorganized. You ask a question to your supervisor they give you an answer and then a couple days later tell you they were wrong. One supervisor tells you to do things one way and then another is immediately yelling at you for doing it incorrectly, everything you learn in training is also apparently wrong. And the micro management is insane. They also weren't very clear in the hiring process, we were lead to believe this would be a temp to perm position and then in training we learned that ntt is losing this contract at the end of the year so the entire call center would be termed.
