      I can't name any to be honest

      Everything is all over the place and they have zero credibility within the health industry. Cannot carry the load or even hire the appropriate personnel to assure the customer is satisfied with the services provided

      Pros

      The only one thing I have cherished most while suffering/working here is great camaraderie with my fellow operations members.

      Cons

      There are plenty. Let's start with these: - Poor pay and benefits (below market median and way worse than any MNC's) - Consistently overworked - Poor work ethics - Forced collectivist culture - Almost non-existent career advancement opportunities

      Unlimited PTO Working remotely can't think of anything else

      Cons

      All that matters is metrics. They just keep piling on work & not hiring help. There is no relief in site. Turn over is really high from mid management down. They have always been known to pay below industry standards but at least we used to have free health insurance now we do not even have that. Things are so unstable at certain engineering levels that all we do constantly is put out fires. It's nothing but exhausting and stressful. Also, I am part of the company formerly known as Secure 24, things were much better before NTT bought us.
