      Great Place to be Used and Abused

      Pros

      Pay was OK. Not Great but OK. My colleagues were excellent. We always made clients projects work in spite of Management making things difficult.

      Cons

      Chronically short staffed. Expected to Work Nights/Weekends to keep ahead of workload on projects with no additional compensation. Benefits were greatly cut this year. Little to no communication from upper management on condition of the business. Recently had layoffs, but those that were cut didn't seem to make any sense. They actually cut some of the highest producing, most experienced employees. Little to no internal movement allowed. Integration of Nexus division was incredibly mismanaged, as well as a complete culture clash.

      Pros

      The members of your immediate team will be great to work with and will become life-long friends.

      Cons

      Extremely poor HR; lack of consistent leadership; complete lack of empathy with staff struggles; they don't assist with visa issues; don't even bother trying to raise issues with management - it falls on deaf ears. Very nepotistic - complain about the wrong people and you'll be put on performance review or simply fired.

In addition to regular conversations with managers, employees are also able to submit anonymous or public feedback or concerns to a regularly monitored online suggestion box.

      you get 2 free drink coupons when they do a happy hour.

      Cons

      two faced management. grown women acting like high school girls misogyny is prevalent married people hook up with each other left and right and nothing is ever said about the blatant immorality numerous complaints about racism against management are dismissed. pay is severely lacking
