Pros

NTT as a whole is great. The Corporate vision and road map thats shared on the employee global all hands meetings is very inspiring and personally make me what to move to Japan to work for NTT Corporate

Cons

Stay FAR FAR away from the Healthcare accounts!!! Very chaotic and disorganized with too much emphasis on "reports" and "dashboards" Sr. Acct leadership is rude, condescending and disrespectful, having very little , if any, regard for anyone they're not already friends with from the "old days" As a leader, work/life balance is literally non-existent and its expected that you work 14hr days with meetings starting well before the sun comes up and often late in the evenings. Speaking of meetings... expect to spend 95% of your days in meetings with fellow internal NTT team members, to meet about the meeting you just met about to discuss the dashboard that was created to fix the other 3 dashboards that were created that no one looks at.

Pros

1. There's real consulting experience to be gained here if you sell yourself well and network appropriately. 2. Leadership change improved company outlook (slightly) 3. Pay is average for the industry 4. Benefits are so-so

Cons

1. Book of business generally ranges from non-existent to average at best. Most clients are located in or around where their HQ 2. Regionally speaking, business is weak pretty much everywhere else 3. Book of business is barren first and last months of the year. This puts a tremendous amount of pressure on consultants 4. Minimal bench time before they lay you off. EOY is usually when business is slow and staff are usually sweating and hoping they either stay billable or become billable before their bench time ends 4. Your seniority/tenure here means nothing. Over here, your relationship with upper management is more important than the value you bring to the table/clients 5. Do not waste your time here unless you just need a paycheck, something short-term, or need a stepping stone to a better consulting firm. Huge waste if this is your first job out of grad school. Even if you get in, it's entirely possible to only be working on staff aug type work 6. You do not want to work here 7. Repeat #6 and move on

Dimension Data leadership, systems, and culture with a new name

Pros

Solid technology R&D from the NTT Group heritage.

Cons

Sadly the company has built a highly political culture derived from Dimension Data (the majority of the leadership teams, systems, offices, and insiders globally/in-country are all from DD) with a focus on looking good versus delivering sustainable results.
