Pay is decent. Flex hours. Cool teammates.
Cons
Constant thrashing of work, executives have no idea what they want this company to be or do. Lots of changes in leadership in the last 6-months, several rounds of nonsense layoffs. Insane deadlines in the past few months that cause huge pressure and stress with fewer people. What used to be a great culture is no longer. Leadership is immature, unstable and not trustworthy. They promise something and do the exact opposite a few days later. Stay clear if you can, company going downhill quickly.
