Pros
- Amazing coworkers - Great managers - Highly social remote environment - Opportunity for growth - Room given to improve design and architecture - Good process for suggesting improvements which are frequently accepted and implemented - Awesome technical challenges - Great technology stack - No meeting Wednesday - Half day summer Fridays
Cons
- Tech debt exists, but expected at this stage of the company (they're also giving room to fix tech debt!) - Easy to go burn out because there are so many interesting challenges to solve; must pace yourself, no one will do it for you. - The equity was a little low percentage wise, but given potential for company value and total compensation, I'm very happy.
