Pros
Supportive coworkers, base pay is decent in Minneapolis.
Cons
NUWAY's board of directors don't know what they are doing; cares more about money than clients or staff; admissions accepts clients that need a higher level of care than NUWAY can provide (bonus's are based on number of clients they admit); you can accrue PTO decently if you are full time but good luck using it; perpetually short staffed while "on call" people can seemingly never pick up shifts; if you pass medications, you may or may not receive consequences for errors: nursing arbitrarily decides when someone is officially reprimanded or if it's a "learning lesson" they'll sweep under the rug depending on who or how many people got the same error; for yearly reviews, supervisors are told not to give too high of scores so they can avoid giving anyone raises.
