      Pros

      NUWAY is a fantastic place to work. The managers are supportive of staffs needs and are always checking in to see what they can do to help. The work/life balance is amazing and they compensate fairly.

      Cons

      There are always going to be some cons of working in SUD treatment. The biggest one for NUWAY is that they pretty much take everyone regardless of their appropriateness for the level of care.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, awesome team members, get to help clients get support they need, and I loved my supervisor.

      Cons

      Upper management heavily focused on numbers over client care, you lose some autonomy in decision making, I didn't feel micromanaged but I witnessed it, high caseload numbers working with SPMI/cooccurring disorder
