      The health benefits and pay were above average

      Cons

      They will not inform you why they are firing you. During my time at Nuway, I saw at least 6 or 7 employees get fired and/or quit. When someone gets fired, Nuway packs up their things at night and they are gone like a ghost. No one can ask questions, no one hears what happened, or if the employee is even ok. The employee who is fired is told they cannot set foot on Nuway grounds - as if the employee did something horrific.

      Pays Well, Lots of Extra-Curricular Activities for Clients, Regular Staff Outings, Quarterly Bonuses for Retention

      Cons

      Too much group time (17-20 per week) and too many clients for dually-licensed clinicians. In order to keep up with caseload demands, 50-60 hours of work is required.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture for employees and clients alike, above average pay for licensed staff, growing and expanding to serve the needs of Minnesota, opportunities for professional development, paid staff trainings that are useful, better than average health and wellness benefits, PTO for full time employees, S&SL for part-time employees, opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Outpatient and residential are very different; would love to see more collaborative work between the teams.
