      Pros

      Coworkers prior to buyout. The office at my location was nice.

      Cons

      Management was clueless how to use our successful business. It was one of, if not the top local engineering firm and is now practically non-existent in the local market. A successful company for 50 years ruined in less than 5. Employees are viewed as nothing more than a commodity, there is no reward for or motivation to excels your job. It simply doesn’t matter if you do a good job or bad job.

      Comes across as a large company that is managed effectively. Shareholder driven.

      Cons

      Very little leadership or strategic direction from headquarters group. Company consists of 30+ separate business P&L entities, all operating on their own. Acquisitions lack strategic value.

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Company has a very poor 401k, Low ability to grow initial salary, bonuses have to be vested for 2-3 years. Management does not seem transparent at all.
