      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities to work on different projects.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between project managers and staff, no transparency in decisions from upper management, lack of professional support/opportunities in advancing one's career, and a tendency for project managers to pigeon-hole staff into fieldwork. Advice/suggestions for improvement in upper management will be unheard. There is no office culture and the company's mentality is that you are easily replaceable.

      Pros

      Some very good people on staff but many are tied to their careers.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy senior management and executive team. All about bottom line. Be concerned about job security. Unfulfilled promises. No consistent 401k match. Setting up for take over so don’t be surprised if it happens.

      Pros

      Pretty autonomous and lacks the micromanagement which so often, ironically, makes it harder to stay on track and complete tasks at other places of business.

      Cons

      Not recommended for any graduates with ambitions. The job is akin to attending your first frat party and having to to hold a beer funnel for the duration of said party; but alas, instead of sweet butterbeer tickling your throat, everyone who was hired before you gets to walk to the funnel and dump whatever work they have no interest of doing, regardless of whether it makes logistical sense for you to do it or not. Go scrub floors at Goldman; I daresay, the work will be more meaningful and for sure you will receive higher compensation.
