      Pros

      Multi-discipline engineering firm offered lots of interaction between disciplines. Learned much of other disciplines outside my own, which allows me to be a more well-rounded engineer.

      Cons

      Medical benefits were decent, but no Christmas bonus, very little recognition for work done. Once company went public, it seemed that all decisions were to pacify shareholders and not to incentivize the engineers who were actually doing the work to make money for the firm. It was after the IPO that the medical benefits dropped off as well as the bonuses & incentives.

      There are too many to list. Unsupportive management, Everyman for themselves mentality, terrible raises, Xmas bonus is a $40 Amazon gift card. Says it’s all.
