Pros

Great place to start a career. Most of the people are great.

Cons

THE PAY IS HORRIBLE. There are annual raises, but could be only 1%. Upper management does not care about you as a person, just as a worker. They reward good work with more work, not raises. They keep you hooked in with many levels of promotions, though none come with a significant pay raise. There is an extreme sense of hierarchy. It keeps you in wanting more, but also creates a competitive environment. It also seems as soon as someone above you decides they don't like you, you are stuck and can't get ahead. I would recommend staying here no more that 3 years.

Pros

Great local office. Full service line within the company.

Cons

Stock bonus with 3 year vestment. 401k paid as stock with 3 year vestment. CEO makes more money a year than all the bonuses handed out combined. Poorly organized. Acquisitions happen and all offices mostly run the same. No NV5 culture.

Pros

None that come to mind.

Cons

Horrible leadership, restricted stock for bonuses, horrible leadership, zero interest in maintaining employees, horrible leadership and horrible leadership. Our previous office was sold to NV5 and they ruined it.
